Privacy Policy
For the Ching Ching app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, and the games on chingching.xyz. Last updated 31 October 2026.
No accounts or sign-ups
There are no user accounts, no logins and no registration. Ching Ching never asks for your name, email address or any other personal information.
Your wallets stay on your device
Wallet addresses you add, your settings and your portfolio history are stored on your device. We do not keep a copy of your wallet list anywhere.
No analytics or tracking in the app
The app has no analytics frameworks, crash reporters or advertising SDKs. It does not read your advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Where the app gets its data
To show balances, prices, stakes and liquidity positions, the app asks public blockchain services about the wallet addresses you add. These include PulseChain and Ethereum RPC nodes, block explorers (such as FusionScan, PulseScan and Blockscout) and market data providers (such as DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and DEX data APIs). Like any website, these services see your IP address and the addresses requested, and they handle that under their own privacy policies. We do not control their data practices.
Our own servers
A few requests go to small servers we run on Cloudflare under chingching.xyz:
- HEX and chain statistics (hexstats.chingching.xyz). No wallet information is sent.
- NFT floor prices (floors.chingching.xyz). No wallet information is sent.
- LibertySwap liquidity positions (pnj.chingching.xyz). The app sends a wallet address, and our server passes it to the LibertySwap indexer to look up that wallet's positions. We do not save it, though like any web server it can appear in short-lived request logs and a cache that expires within minutes.
Cloudflare processes these requests, including your IP address, as described in its own privacy policy.
Arcade games
The Arcade games, in the app and on chingching.xyz, record anonymous gameplay events (for example a game starting or ending, and frame-rate samples) and your scores. They are filed under a random ID the game creates, which has no link to your wallets. If you enter a leaderboard name, it is shown publicly next to your scores. If you send feedback from a game, we store what you write together with the game version and your browser type.
Blockchain data is public
Wallet addresses and their balances are public on the PulseChain and Ethereum blockchains. Ching Ching reads this public data to show your holdings. It does not reveal anything that is not already public on-chain.
Notifications
The app does not send push notifications. If you turn on HEX stake reminders, the app schedules them on your device; nothing is sent from our servers.
Widgets and Apple Watch
Home screen widgets and the Apple Watch app show data the app has saved on your device. Widgets may also fetch prices from the same public services described above.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time, and changes will be posted on this page. If you have questions about it, email support@chingching.xyz.
By using the app, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy.
